PHILIPS CARBON BLACK N330

Orient Black N330 is a High Abrasion Furnace (HAF) grade features medium structure and medium surface area, offers high resilience, easy processing and good tensile strength properties. Orient Black N330 can be used in tire tread, tire casings, tire beads, tire cord rubber, solid tires, conveyor belts, rollers and molded rubber goods which requires optimum balance of abrasion resistance, hysteresis and viscosity properties

PHILIPS CARBON BLACK N660

Orient Black N660 is a low surface area, medium structure general purpose furnace grade which provides medium reinforcement and excellent workability. Orient Black N660 can be used as reinforcing filler in tire belt ply, tire inner liners, tubes, profile compounds, molding, hoses, hose covers, shoe soles and heels. It offers lower heat buildup, long fatigue life and good processibility.

PHILIPS CARBON BLACK N550

Orient Black N550 is a low surface area, high structure and smooth pellet surface reinforcing filler grade having high purity. Orient Black N550 can be used as reinforcing filler in extrudates like profiles and hoses. It imparts moderate compound viscosity as well as low die swell with excellent processing properties.

PHILIPS CARBON BLACK N220

Orient Black N220 is an intermediate Super Abrasion Furnace (SAF) grade with medium structure and high surface area, offers high tensile strength. Orient Black N220 offers good abrasion resistance, tread wear and traction in tires treads, conveyor belts and mechanical rubber goods with excellent dynamic properties.

CARBON BLACK SH665 (POWDER)

SH-665 rCB grade is ideal for substitution of traditional carbon black in industrial rubber goods applications such as extruded profiles, molded parts, calendered rubber sheets and conveyor belts. rCB is also well suited for tire inner-liners and tubes.

CARBON BLACK IMPORTED N330

Products that contain carbon black, from your cell phone to the tyres on your car, are everywhere in modern society. We contributes to the creation of sustainable polymer products and applications by producing its recovered carbon black (rCB) from post-consumer rubber instead of crude oil. Our rCB grades can be applied as a partial substitute of traditional carbon black in a variety of tinting and rubber applications, providing customers with a sustainable alternative with significant cost savings.
